Refund & Cancellation Policy

Olly Learn and Olly Flashcards are free and involve no payment. Paid products are one-time purchases: the Olly AI Interviewer 5-pack, an Interview Prep role preparation, an Olly Resume Optimizer run, and 6 Months Full Access. Prices are shown on our Pricing page in your local currency (INR in India, USD or your local currency elsewhere), and the exact amount is confirmed at checkout. Because access is delivered immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds for completed purchases. Where Indian law applies, this is consistent with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, which permit non-refundable digital goods once access has been granted. The exceptions below apply to all customers, wherever you are.

• Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, we will refund the extra amount in full.
• Payment debited but access not granted: If your payment went through but your mock-interview credits, role preparation, or full access were not unlocked in your account within 24 hours, contact us and we will resolve it immediately — either by granting access or issuing a full refund.
• Technical failure: If a confirmed bug or service outage on our side prevented you from accessing what you paid for, you are entitled to a full refund.

• Your registered email address
• Which product you purchased (Olly AI Interviewer 5-pack, Interview Prep role, or Full Access)
• Your Razorpay payment ID (visible in your bank statement or the Razorpay receipt email)
• A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method, in the same currency you paid in, within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

If you paid in a currency different from your card’s own currency, your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or fees to the original payment and to the refund. Those charges are set by your bank, and we cannot refund or reverse them.

Olly does not offer subscriptions — every paid product, including the 6-month full access pass, is a one-time purchase that does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel on an ongoing basis. Full access simply expires at the end of its 6-month window; it is not pro-rated or refunded for early non-use.
