Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Olly at askolly.live, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Olly is an AI-powered platform offering three modules: Olly Learn (structured learning stages — Foundation, Depth, Mastery — on any topic), Olly Flashcards (AI-generated spaced-repetition flashcards), and Olly Interview Prep / the Olly AI Interviewer (resume/JD-based interview preparation and live mock interviews). The AI responses are generated by large language models and are intended for educational purposes only.

Olly does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. You are responsible for independently verifying information before acting on it.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of another person without their consent.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use Olly to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the platform.
• Circumvent payment requirements through technical or other means.
• Use Olly in any way that violates applicable Indian law or regulation.

Olly Learn and Olly Flashcards are free — no payment is required to use them. The following are paid, one-time purchases (not subscriptions): the Olly AI Interviewer 5-pack, an Interview Prep role preparation, and a 6-month full access pass. Payments are processed by Razorpay. By making a payment you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

Purchased entitlements (mock-interview credits, an unlocked role preparation, or full access for its 6-month window) are non-transferable and tied to your account. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms and our Pricing page for current prices.

The 6-month full access pass begins immediately upon successful payment and runs for 6 calendar months from your purchase date, after which it expires automatically. Purchasing full access again after (or while) a pass is active starts a new independent 6-month period from that new purchase date — it does not add to or stack with any remaining time on a prior pass.

The Olly brand, design, and platform code are owned by Orion League. The AI-generated learning content delivered to you during sessions is yours to use for personal educational purposes. You may not republish or resell AI-generated content from Olly without attribution.

Olly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated effective date. Continued use of Olly after changes constitutes acceptance.
